Will I lose my files?
A clean-up doesn't touch your files. If a fresh install is the better fix, we tell you first and back your files up.
Someone rang saying my computer has a virus. What now?
That's a common scam. Don't let them connect to it. If you already did, bring it in and we'll check it and remove anything they left.
Can you make an old laptop faster?
Often, yes. A clean-up plus an SSD can make a 5-year-old laptop feel new. We tell you if it's worth it.
How do I pay?
In store, when you collect. There's nothing to pay online.
