Is a swollen battery dangerous?
It should be dealt with soon. Stop using the laptop, keep it unplugged and bring it in.
Is it the battery or the charger?
We check both, plus the charging port, so you only pay for what's actually wrong.
Will I lose my files?
No. A battery swap doesn't touch your files.
How do I pay?
In store, when you collect. There's nothing to pay online.
