Not always. We check the drive first and tell you honestly what can be saved before any work starts.
What should I do now?
Stop using the drive or computer. Every write or restart can overwrite what we're trying to recover.
How long does it take?
It depends on the drive and the fault. We give you a time once we've checked it.
How do I pay?
In store, when you collect. There's nothing to pay online.
