Data on your device
We only access the files on your device where the job needs it, for example to test it after a fix or to recover data you’ve asked for. We don’t copy or keep your files unless the job requires it, and any copies made for a data transfer are deleted once you’ve confirmed you have everything.

How long we keep it
Booking and job records: 6 years after the job, for tax and warranty reasons. Messages that don’t lead to a booking: up to 12 months, then deleted. Server logs: typically 30 days. Cookie and analytics data: as set out in our cookie policy.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Email us and we’ll reply within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
