Do you need to order the screen?
Common screens are often in stock. If yours needs ordering, we tell you when we check it.
Is it the screen or something else?
We check first. Lines and black screens can be a cable or backlight fault, which is a different fix.
Will I lose my files?
No. A screen swap doesn't touch your files.
How do I pay?
In store, when you collect. There's nothing to pay online.
